RIVERTOOL and its Story Map

RIVERTOOL (Riparian Vegetation Ecosystem Services-based Ranking Tool) is an interactive advanced spatial analysis tool 

It identifies high-priority locations for planting new riparian woodlands and buffers by integrating spatial criteria whose importance is chosen by the user.

The approach used by RIVERTOOL was adopted by Scottish Forestry to identify riparian target areas  

eligible for increased grant support.
