WORLD WATER DAY SCOTLAND

The Hydro Nation International Centre is proud to host Scotland's World Water Day event, held annually on the 22nd March. The purpose of this event is to provide a platform for water professionals, researchers, policymakers, regulators, and the wider community to come together, share knowledge and learn from recent projects and activities aligned to that year’s theme.

World Water Day is a global observance celebrated each year on March 22 to promote the responsible use of water and access to safe water for everyone. It is about taking action to tackle the global water crisis. A core focus of World Water Day is to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 6: water and sanitation for all by 2030.
